And the problem that most people have with network marketing is that they lack the critical skill to actually ‘market’... which seems strange considering that the business is called network MARKETING, right?

If you’ve been in MLM for a while you know that it’s not easy but it is simple. And hopefully your ‘why’ has kept you moving forward toward your goals. And hopefully your ‘why’ has kept you moving forward toward your goals. Just in case you need to know you’re not the first person who’s ever experience discouragement, or even past failures, here’s a list of 20 very well known people who failed, often several times, before they finally ‘made it’.

In our industry we’re accustomed to be analyzed and wrongly characterised by people who didn’t do their homework and know little or nothing about our business. But recently an outside party with no prior knowledge or involvement in our industry asked the question, “Would You Join An MLM Company For Retirement Income?” and did do their homework. The result was very positive and something that those of us in the industry should take to heart.

Anybody who has been in professional sales for any length of time knows that learning how to handle ‘no’ is part of the territory and sooner or later they find some way to handle it or they don’t survive. But in the MLM industry most of our recruits are not professional salespeople and they don’t have the professional experience of handling ‘no’ therefore there’s always a danger that they might misinterpret it and maybe even become so discouraged they give up on their dreams with our industry.
