The Mary Kay company, through it’s Mary Kay Foundation, shows how seriously they take women’s issues, including domestic abuse against women, by donating US$3 million to be disbursed to approximately 150 different women’s shelters around the US. The money will go towards the shelter’s operational expenses and/or to fund specific programs which protect or help rehabilitate the women who come into the shelters.

Mary Kay recently participated in a joint ceremony with China Women's Development Foundation (CWDF) in China to mark their contribution of 2 million yuan (or equivalent to US$326,000) to the Beijing Women’s Federation.

Now that Mr. William Pinckney is out of jail in India, things are rapidly getting back to business as usual for Amway India where the company has a long and successful presence (Mr. Pinckney’s incarceration notwithstanding). In their latest ‘good work’, the Amway Opportunity Foundation (AOF), which is the social responsibility organ for the company in India, happily presented their annual award of aid to the ‘Palli Unnayan Seva Samiti (PUSS) computer training center in the Indian Tier-2 city of Bhubaneswar.

Utah based MLM nutritional products company USANA, through their 501(c)(3) organization, the USANA True Health Foundation, proved that they’re willing to act promptly to help people who need it no matter where those people are domestically or internationally. After a recent massive and devastating earthquake in southwestern China’s Yunnan province on August 2, 2014, which was estimated to have killed 398 and injured 1,801 people, USANA and its foundation lost no time in stepping in to help.

The Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF) is serious about helping homeless young kids around the world get proper nutrition and in their latest expansion have opened up their second Casa Herbalife program in the country of Australia. This newest facility in Australia is a partnership with Lighthouse Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to ending youth homelessness.

A perfect example of that is the recent Ronald McDonald House (RMH) Celebrity which ACN sponsored in the beautiful city of Charlotte, North Carolina. Every dollar raised by the event went the Charlotte’s RMH and this was the fourth year of ACN’s sponsorship of this event in Charlotte.
