Well-known MLM veteran Richard Bliss Brooke, often a cover-star of Success Magazine and author of the hugely popular book, ‘The Four Year Career’, has launched a defense fund for the MLM industry. Contributions are voluntary of course but Richard makes a good case for the timeliness of such a fund.

In case you don’t know, a ‘clawback’ is a legal term referring to a situation where somebody who was associated with a party legally found at fault in some type of judgement is forced to return money or assets to the party that won the lawsuit.

For the first time ever, author, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and real-life success story Chris Gardner partners with an MLM company, Zrii, to create ‘next generation’ entrepreneurs. This partnership comes not only as a consequence of the long friendship between Chris and Zrii CEO Bill Farley but also because of Chris’s objective recognition on Zrii’s unique success the MLM industry. Zrii recently made the announcement of the new partnership between their company and Mr. Gardner but the new business relationship certainly makes sense. Both parties are true, real-life success stories.

A recent report published by IBISWorldwide (IWW), an international business research organization, forecasts continued strong growth for the jewelry niche of the MLM and direct selling industry. IWW is based in Melbourne, Australia and was formed in 1971 as IBIS Research Services. The company specializes in long range forecasting of industries and the business environment at large, with an emphasis on providing information for strategic planning and research purposes however their report ‘products’ are highly useful to MLM and direct selling companies too.

But it’s only been in the last year or two that more and more ‘communications’ departments in MLM, network marketing and direct selling companies are being recognized by their peers in their own profession for the quality of their work.

MonaVie’s recently soft-launched mynt program continues to attract champions from other companies and the new team members usually all say it was the same thing that got their attention: Firstly they like the highly shareable products and secondly they like the concept of ‘random acts of kindness’ which MonaVie calls ‘mynt moments’.

Nothing happens in a vacuum and ‘the Butterfly Effect’ is real. The Butterfly Effect basically says that small changes in one place cause other changes, sometimes very substantial changes, somewhere else. It looks like ForeverGreen Worldwide and their recently launched mega product PowerStrips will be a big hit in Russia and Kazakhstan. The company continues to see enthusiasm and rapid growth across Europe, Africa, Asia and South America but Rick Redford, the company’s VP of Business Development recently returned from a presentation trip to Russia and Kazakhstan where he was met with standing-room-only crowds almost everywhere he went.
