It’s one thing to cheat regular people. Some people and companies do get away with it. But try to cheat any federal tax man out of taxes on $US30M? That’s not so smart. In this case, the ongoing investigation of recently collapsed Thailand based uFun Club (USF) has now discovered that the company bilked members out of approximately $US30M but paid absolutely zero in any form of federal tax to the Thai government.

The online dictionary definition of ‘sucker’ is, ‘a gullible or easily deceived person’. Here at OBTAINER we’ve seen a lot of ‘sucker bait’ opportunities come and go in our several years in the MLM publishing business. One of the newest renditions of ‘scam’ is a Thai-based group called uFun Club which is estimated to have already bilked members out of over $US300M. uFun Club (UFC) has all the earmarks of a guaranteed way to lose money and/or friends.

Indonesia is one of the worlds most populous nations and thus it only makes sense that the best MLM companies do business there. Thus it is appropriate that Salt Lake City, Utah based global MLM giant USANA would want to be there. And now USANA has announced their official entry into what is considered to be the highly lucrative Indonesian MLM market. The company says that their Indonesian headquarters will be in the country’s capital, Jakarta and it will be their 20th international market.

Over the years, USANA has been one of the most successful MLM and health product companies for getting star athletes to endorse their products. Their most recent team member is WTA (Womens Tennis Association) Star Caroline Wozniacki. Women’s professional tennis is an extremely competitive sport and yet Caroline currently ranks #5 in the field. That’s why getting her endorsement of USANA products (i.e. USANA Health Sciences) is a big deal.

US based MLM health products giant USANA has joined the movement to become accredited by the new consumer protection organization in Singapore known as CASE (Consumer Association of Singapore). The CASE accreditation is an effort by the Direct Selling Association of Singapore(DSAS) and was launched just last month (January 2015).
