At Vemma’s European Convention in Vienna, from May 28th to 30th, over 1,000 so-called “Vemmaianer” gathered to receive training and to celebrate. Vemma founder BK Boreyko as well as the two Vemma European founders, Simon Grabowski and Fred Sage, were also in attendance. The journey, however, undertaken by CEO BK Boreyko was anything but simple: He needed a total of 72 hours to get to Vienna from the U.S.

During his flight, almost as proof of Murphy’s Law, almost everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. However, it wasn’t a missed connecting flight, but a tornado, the serious illness of a passenger and even an empty aircraft tank that was to blame. Despite this BK Boreyko couldn’t be kept from making it to Vienna to celebrate with “his Europeans”. During his journey Boreyko practically demonstrated what determination, continued enthusiasm and persistent motivation can lead to: the achievement of your goals! And what is true of one person applies to many people who are to be found under the umbrella of a successful company, working together on the issues and therefore enabling thousands of people, to coin the saying, “to sing from the same hymn sheet”.

The European CEO’s Simon Grabowski and Fred Sage kicked off the event spectacularly with their contributions and the Austrian Top Leader Hannes Sommer introduced the coming program. The Star Trainer Brian Tracy was also in attendance as promised and touched the audience with his presence: A few months prior Brian Tracy was diagnosed with laryngeal cancer and since then has been busy with therapy and with his recovery. However, having appeared with such a serious illness Brian Tracey demonstrated what a person can achieve when they are firmly committed to something. Only very few people who have such a serious blow to deal with go overseas and only an even smaller amount would stand up in front of a huge audience and talk about what makes a successful life. Brian Tracy is a good friend of BK Boreyko and he amazed the audience, against all odds, with a profound speech on the basics of MLM and on the successful establishment of new contacts, coupled with stories from his rich repertoire of experiences.

It really heated up on stage when various distribution partners from the far cold north of Europe spoke about their success with Vemma. The Swedish distributor Anders Karlsson together with his wife has achieved a lot in a short amount of time and is among the top people with Vemma. In Sweden he is a sought-after motivational trainer and took part in the Swedish version of the TV show “The Apprentice”.  The US TV show has been running since 2003. It is a show through which Donald Trump searches for employees for his conglomerate of companies. The first season of the show was watched on average by 26 million people in the U.S. and hit unexpected ratings for the broadcaster NBC. Since then there have been some European offshoots of “The Apprentice”, in November 2004 a show with the same concept was launched on RTL: “Big Boss”, presented by Reiner Calmund (former manager of the Bundesliga team Bayer 04 Leverkusen).

In only seven months Anders Karlsson made it to “Star President” with Vemma – a top achievement that can only spur on other Vemma partners. All in all the Vemma Convention in Vienna was an amazing event with many highlights and many satisfied Vemmaianers. Particularly happy were certainly those who were touched by the magic wand and won the pretty iPad or the snazzy Porsche in the lottery.
