XanGo starts anew in Germany with “Reserva”

“XanGo Germany is strong and competent,” stated XanGo’s management during a news release, with which the company has recently reacted to a business rival’s newsletter, who under the title “XanGo-Juice in Germany is finished” wanted to dedicate a farewell song to the company from Lehi in Utha.  In actual fact the real truth is that merely the new XanGo Reserva is taking on the heritage of the original XanGo-Juice, with which the company had originally written its initial world-wide success story – see the OBTAINER front-page story from issue 7/2010.

“XanGo Reserva contains 20% more pureed fruit pulp of the Mangostan fruit and therefore offers a riper, richer taste adventure,” XanGo informed its partners, customers and rivals and added: “XanGo Reserva is produced from the pureed fruit pulp of the Mangostan fruit and is based on a newly developed formula and a product technology that has been designed especially for the production of XanGo Reserva and that preserves xanthon and other health promoting secondary plant products.”

From XanGo’s point of view the situation is as follows.  “After frustrated rivals got the ball rolling, German appeal courts have ruled to the effect that the pureed fruit pulp of the Mangostan fruit contained in XanGo Juice is to be considered as a so called Novel Food or a Designer Food respectively (Description for food innovations, whose sales and requirement to label underlie certain legal regulations in the EU; Editors note.).  Since the XanGo Juice Germany GmbH does not share this opinion any further distribution of XanGo Juice has been suspended until further notice and an appeal was made against the European Novel-Food-Regulation, which would result in an improved customer friendliness and support of healthy food innovations.  XanGo Reserva was designed especially to conform to the EU’s Novel-Food-Regulation and of course continues to offer the same health promoting advantages and business opportunities, which are known by XanGo’s business partners and that are rightly expected. 

Moreover, XanGo explained that XanGo is experiencing a healthy market growth in Germany as well as worldwide, which is due to the relentless dedication of its business partners, the healthy products and their lucrative compensation plan.  Robert S. Conlee, president and CEO put it in a nutshell:  People want to be XanGo’s business partners because they know that we keep our promise to help them lead a “Life as it should be!”
